The Superior Double Room was unexpectedly pleasant, but service at dinner fell short—our drinks took half an hour, and the food order was delayed. A salad request was mishandled, highlighting a need for better attention to detail in the dining experience.

The food was excellent, especially these crispy chicken wings that had such a kick to them. Plus, the staff went out of their way, like when Ewan, the waiter, surprised us with a complimentary dessert plate for our anniversary, it was a nice touch.

had a great stay at best western! the classic single room was always warm and super clean. free biscuits were a lovely touch. the staff were really friendly and helpful. it’s in a great location, close to thetford forest and other attractions. my dinner was well cooked, and there were no bones in the fish. definitely a peaceful stay!
